For this one of a kind sauce, we teamed up with our buddies over at Beer Zombies to fuse the wonderful worlds of fermented hot sauce and craft beer. Not only did we dry-hop this sauce, we added a bunch of their fresh, hoppy, West-Coast IPA! This Frankensauce combines 7 different pepper varietals with mustard, miso, and tangy Japanese yuzu to create a symphony of flavor with a tantalizing and powerful heat.
